One time it was around 2-3 am, I went to go use the bathroom and came back and fell asleep, I have a night light but it wasn’t bright and it was a tall figure standing at the edge of my bed, I know it was real because I even felt my bed go down as it sat on my bed. It was so hard for me to wake up but when I woke up, there was a huge spot on my bed next to me that definitely showed someone was sitting there. My sibilings weren’t home either.

Def Not A Cop :
Both my wife's parents passed away and left her our house (both their ashes are still in the house). Any time something weird happens we laugh and tell her mom to cut it out. 3 things have happened that have freaked us out. 1: before I met my wife when she was at the house alone, the cap somehow got off the water faucet outside and went full blast gushing water for no reason. 2: I was playing games one night while she was working and heard a loud thud on the window. Being a cop I grabbed my pew and light and went outside to check around the house. Nothing, so I sat down to play again and it happened AGAIN. I looked at the window and thought maybe it was just a sound in the game. As I turned around all our cats were standing on the stairs staring at the window with their fur stood straight up on end. Finally, 3: Our daughter is really good about cleaning her room before going back to her mom's and we shut the door while she's gone so the cats don't go in constantly. We didn't have her this week and her room had been completely cleaned up. I went to put some stuff in her room and when I opened her door I found her toy barn in the middle of the room. I have no doubt it could have fallen in the floor but the fact it fell off the bookshelf and landed in the middle of the room was a little weird. What was creepy was it was standing straight up, not on the large flat side it would have landed on, and about 5 feet away from the shelf. To this day I get creeped out thinking if I open her door when she's not there that the barn will once again be standing where it shouldn't be.

When i was really little i got sleep paralysis. i was scared cuz i couldnt move. then my "dad" walked in the room with a blanket. he scoped me, wrapped me in it and held me in his lap. it was the same like my dad but. without a face. it felt lwk peaceful

...and then there's me: whose sleep paralysis demon kept calling me 'mom'(I do not have children) and tugging on my hair to get my attention. I couldn't see it because I had my eyes closed and I could only move my left arm so I reached my hand out to gently push it away. My sleep paralysis demon responded by calmly pushing my head down, pressing my face into the pillow and trying to smother me. I woke up gasping for air with my face into the pillow and nearly jumped out of bed when I realised I could move my body.🙃

Im so grateful i dont see creatures when i have sleep paralysis. Only thing i see is stuff moving around when im alone 😭 One time I saw my door moving and heard banging on it and it was really bad so close to breaking my door down. I was home alone too

2018. I will NEVER forget the night I saw a man looking through our living room window. I was only 12-13, I was asked by my sister to get something from the living room, I think it was a remote but when I turned the corner, I saw him. Or It. He was staring right at me, like he KNEW I was coming and just stared at me. I remember his eyes, his smile so wide it seemed uncomfortable, at that some point I must have dissociated because I don't remember what happened after but my older sister is one who said, I woke the whole house up from crying, maybe BAWLING, crying like no tomorrow. But no one saw anything or anyone.

I’ve experienced sleep paralysis since I was little, so I’m usually no longer afraid of what I see during those episodes—until one particular night. There was a knock on the door three times, and I realized I couldn't move. I was having another episode of sleep paralysis. There was another knock, but this time it was louder and more aggressive. In the blink of an eye, a man in a trench coat and hat was suddenly standing at the edge of my bed. He didn't say or do anything, yet for the first time in ages, I felt overwhelming fear while paralyzed

When i have sleep paralysis im always trying to fight demons 😂 Like literally throwing hands. Ive hit my bedroom walls numerous times before waking up. I always use Jesus name and thats when i usually wake up. Whenever i realise im paralysed I say a prayer with Jesuss name and boom, gone. One time i woke up with a scratch across my cheek and remembered that i was fighting something with long nails 😄

my girlfriend showed up at mine 3am freaked crying, saw and old man in her hallway, stayed 2 weeks, went home, an angel doll kept being tipped over every morn, she blamed roomies tryna prank, I stayed with her Xmas time, got up in middle of 🌙 hid the doll in a closet, no one knew. ln AM i checked, it was face down! later her roomie saw the man, moved out! 😂 redemption!

I don't know if it was sleep paralysis, but I had a migraine and my eyes covered with an ice bag, then I saw this like, one or two foot beings in my wardrobe that looked like mannequins but green, without face and a white circle in the middle of the "face", and they jumped at me, my mother told me I screamed and it was like 4:00 am, and I remembered it just being 1:00 am, I only could move my arm but not talk or move anything else, so I just pressed the ice more to my face

When I was about 7 I had the lol doll chalet I woke up one night and a woman was sat playing with my dolls at first I thought it was a bad dream i pounced back under my quilt and looked again she was still there I went to sleep when I woke up in the morning some of the dolls was out of place I had the doll house for another year and seen her multiple times I couldn’t say anything just sat up each time and repeated what happened the first time I got rid of the doll house nearly 2 years later to a little girl on my street did I ever see the woman again no did anything similar happen again no a pale thing woman in a white cloak and long black drapey hair I would not go in my room by myself for over a year

I grew up in a haunted house but our attic was the worst place to be in so ofcourse I was drawn to it 😅 I was around 16 years old when I first experienced sleep paralysis. It just started one day and it went on for a little while. Every single time it was the same, a all the way up to the roof tall stick figure like creature with extremely long arms. He was always just standing at the end of my bed staring at me. He didn't really do anything besides staring at me but the terror that I felt, I'll never forget that.

i’ve never seen anything while i’ve had sleep paralysis. it’s always just a very heavy feeling on my chest like someone sitting on it and sometimes i’ll hear something breathing around me
