Is emergancy fund not investsments? I'm about to reach 5k for a certtificate to put in at the bank. I cant take this out for 13 monthes, I get 4% in intrest. You are saying this is not emergancy fund right? And were do you put emergancy funds to get the best intrest as it sits in an account for an emergancy?
