Y’all don’t understand she’s not gonna be like oh sweetie it’s OK. She’s trying to remain calm to give life-saving advice to the person on the phone. She was saying give the phone to someone else so she could probably tell them. Hey if you’re able to put a tourniquet on if you’re able in the wound is not going to gush out blood perform CPR her freaking out like that could have potentially cause both of their lives

Do people understand how hard it is for a dispatcher. The ambulance be dispatched but they are required to keep the victim calm. They don’t just automatically know the address if the person can’t give it to them they have to trace it. The dispatcher was all the help.

You are taught as a dispatcher no matter what’s happening on the phone u must remain very calm and ask what u are suppose to ask u get sensitive u will mess up u gotta hold it it its crazy to explain
