I think estrogen makes you more photosensitive and therefore the skin is more susceptible to sun damage, but I haven't read up enough.

Girl yes. Recently started birth control and this was literally in the warning section of the pamphlet! Skin cancer & estrogen! Mine was high and recently was diagnosed with melanoma!

I get thermography done of my breast and the guy that does it said breast cancer is caused by high estrogen in the breast. He can see the estrogen in my breast using the thermography
