@jennyjeanfitness_ifbbpro: PSA: If you only know me from Instagram… You probably think I’m pretty calm, serious, and put together. My friends, family, and clients are reading this absolutely cackling. 😂 Because the real Jen? She’s loud, ridiculously competitive, and apparently will celebrate catching a flying hot dog like she just won Olympic gold. 🌭 One thing I did not expect about my 40s… Is how much less I care about looking cool. The older I get, the more I realize life is way more fun when you stop worrying about what everyone thinks and just let yourself be a complete idiot every once in a while. 10/10. Highly recommend. 😂 Also… yes, hot dogs fit in a healthy lifestyle. No, I will not be releasing my “Hot Dog Performance Nutrition Guide” anytime soon. 💙
