There comes a time in life when even the strongest people reach a point where they have to admit that they're tired. For a long time, I've carried so much pain in silence, always believing I had to stay strong no matter what. As someone who serves in the military and also lives in the public eye, many people only see the smile, the discipline, and the strength. Very few see the battles that happen behind closed doors. Sometimes I ask myself,

There comes a time in life when even the strongest people reach a point where they have to admit that they're tired. For a long time, I've carried so much pain in silence, always believing I had to stay strong no matter what. As someone who serves in the military and also lives in the public eye, many people only see the smile, the discipline, and the strength. Very few see the battles that happen behind closed doors. Sometimes I ask myself, "Why does it feel like I'm the only one carrying all this pain?" Maybe I'm not, but there are days when the weight becomes so heavy that it feels impossible to keep holding it all together. I've given so much of myself to my duty, my career, and to the people who have supported me, but somewhere along the way I forgot that I also needed time to heal. I'm not writing this to ask for sympathy or to worry anyone. I'm simply being honest. The truth is, I'm exhausted. I've spent so much time fighting battles that no one else could see, and it's taken more out of me than I ever imagined. Strength doesn't always mean pretending everything is okay. Sometimes strength is admitting that you're hurting and choosing to take care of yourself. Right now, I feel like I need to step away from everything for a while. I need peace. I need to breathe. I want to live a normal life for a little while—one where I can wake up without feeling the weight of expectations on my shoulders, one where I can rediscover who I am beyond the uniform, the cameras, and the spotlight. To everyone who has stood by me through every chapter of my journey, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your love and support have meant more than words can ever express. I hope you can understand that this decision isn't about giving up—it's about finding myself again, healing, and becoming stronger than I was before. Please keep believing in me, just as I believe that brighter days are ahead. I'll always be grateful for every message, every prayer, and every bit of encouragement you've given me. I hope that when I return, I'll do so with a healthier heart, a clearer mind, and the same passion that first inspired me to serve and to follow my dreams. Until then, thank you for understanding. Take care of yourselves, and never be afraid to choose your own peace.
