i need noise to fall asleep, like white noise, but that doesn't mean I'm afraid of my own thoughts. It's just that they're so loud and I can't sleep cause they kept talkin or else singing😵💫 just wanna sleep peacefully, so yah😄 And when I can't sleep, i need white noise or asmr to make me fall asleep😁
