When i was a small girl my mom rinsed my hair after shampoo with apple vinegar and water mixture, and we never neded conditioner, my hair was ultra mega tick!

Yes, vinegar was physically in shampoo bottles before 1972, though it was often used separately. Long before modern mass-market formulations, women and professional salons used plain, diluted white distilled or apple cider vinegar as a final hair rinse. People rinsed with it to restore the scalp's natural pH, remove leftover soap residue, and smooth the hair cuticle for extra shine.

funny how all these remedies are coming back, I remember living and growing in the Soviet Union we used apple cider vinegar on our hair after shampoo, that was our conditioner 😳 and I had beautiful shinny hair☺️. Living here in Canada over 20 years I forgot all about that.
