Crazy to have to fight to have equal time…I successfully represented myself on child custody modification and won 50/50!! I STILL have to pay 1500 a month with 50/50 which is insane…but got my girls which was the main goal!

Amen sister. even after $1200 a month in child support AND 3 court dates just to get 23% of the year and her mom STILL tries to take days off of our timeshare any way she can.

He doesn’t want 50/50 he doesn’t pay child support he visits once a week if we are lucky for an hour (4hours if he’s feeling generous) but tells everyone he is involved and pays child support and that I’m crazy and can’t handle my kids when I ask him to be more available for his children

my bd chose to move 5 hours away for his new gf. We were 50/50 when he lived 15 minutes away. Now he only gets 2 weekends a month. He pays half his child support because me wanting full makes me greedy.

Everyone commenting that theirs actually doesn’t want to be a parent or doesn’t pay CS seem to not understand that just because your child’s father is a dead beat doesn’t mean that there aren’t men out there paying child support and fighting to see their kids…
