She said "anyone" can be redeemed not EVERYONE. The point being that if someone wanted to and actually tried, they can be redeemed but not everybody is WILLING to put the effort or even WANT to.

guys im aware of what Charlie meant when she said that. Im aware anyone doesn’t mean EVERYONE. Im not lacking media literacy, i promise. I just find it funny how she said that to Vox and then he goes ahead and tries to destroy all of Hell AND Heaven. That’s simply it.

Yes, anyone can be redeemed, that's the entire point of the show and her toughest line. We have so lost the plot because I've seen more and more people want these characters to be punished when the core message of the show is that punishment (exterminations) solves nothing and that rehabilitation is the answer, and if everyday you try to be a better person than what you where tomorrow, you're already on the right path, regardless of your past actions. Some of you though seem to believe that if you do enough bad actions then you're irredeemable and shouldn't even try, when not only that is a simply awful message, but completely doesn't get that redemption doesn't rely on the person themselves, but on their willingness to be better
