Silverlake Ramen is not my favorite, buuuuuut they’re consistent. Every location tastes the same & I’m from where the original one is & I’ve tried different counties!

We went to Ramen Nagi. Broth was outstanding but I had egg noodle and it didn’t hit the spot. Will try different noodles next time

When I want ramen I go to Kitakata Ramen Ban Nai, in Fountain Valley. Their story says they’re from Japan. I get the green chili shio ramen. It’s a little spicy and so good.
