If I ever see a crash or an injury or any kind of emergency, I always call the emergency number even if I can't stop to help because if everyone drives past assuming someone else has already called, no one does.

I would rather do too much than not enough. I don’t care if I embarrass myself by misreading the situation because I think someone is in danger when they’re not because I wouldn’t forgive myself if I did nothing and somebody got hurt because nobody helped or intervened

This is why I’m always going to step in a try and intervene or assist someone. Any age, if they’re alone or not. I’m a shy person, but I’ve been in situations where someone just asking if I needed help would have made my life a lot easier and safer. We gotta be willing to step in if something even seems off.

In bystander situations - it takes 1 person to break the apparent freeze people go through waiting for someone else to do something. If one person steps forward, so will others.
