In Exodus 3:14, the name "I AM" given to Moses not only identifies God but also serves as a profound reminder of the divine presence within every individual. The "I AM" is the eternal, unchanging essence—the spark of divinity that resides in all of us. Jesus continually emphasized this same truth throughout his teachings. In John 14:14, when he says, "Ask anything in my name," he is not referring to a verbal invocation of his name but to aligning ourselves with the divine "I AM" within. When Jesus said in John 5:19 that he could "do nothing of himself," he was humbly acknowledging that it is only through his connection to the Father—the higher consciousness—that the works are done. This is not a contradiction but a teaching on surrendering the ego and aligning with the divine flow. Similarly, when we understand and embody the "I AM," we step out of the limitations of the lower mind and allow the infinite wisdom and power of God to work through us. The story of Moses and the burning bush holds an essential truth for us all. The desert represents the barren, restless state of the lower mind. But when we ascend the mountain—our higher consciousness—and recognize the spirit (the fire) within the carnal mind (the bush), we connect with the eternal "I AM." This process transforms us, empowering us to transcend egoic desires and align with the divine purpose. Part two invites us to reflect on how the "I AM" is not a concept but a living reality. To ask in the name of the "I AM" is to affirm our connection to the eternal. It reminds us that the same fire Moses saw, the same presence Jesus lived by, exists within us today. When we quiet the mind and turn inward, we can commune with this presence and connect with divine potential to manifest God’s will in our lives. #creatorsearchinsights
