If the Future Is already determined, which in this case it is (God knows it), free will doesnt exist. You cant have free will and a determined future together, its either that or that.

would it be rational for us to be given a test with a failing grade already on it? When we live we are being tested, and when we are being tested it is through our actions we are partaking this gift of life, we will be judged by what we do with this gift, it wouldn’t be just if he just sent you to hell simply because of certain circumstances in ur potential life you could have lived, rather it would be just to judge you on the one you did live.
