The wording of “I’m so sorry I made you feel that way, and I love you so much” is so emotionally aware and loving. In that moment, he didn’t try to explain logic or that he ever said he didn’t or try to say it wasn’t his fault- he realized that whether intentional or not, she was sad and immediately took responsibility. That is so beautiful.

I have 5 boys, they have always been close. When they were little, they would all snuggle up together and watch tv. The oldest is now 31 and the youngest is 20. They have careers, significant others and lives of their own but they still make time WEEKLY for “brother night”. THIS is my proudest accomplishment 🥰

My kids are 13 and 11 now and fight and bicker constantly. My youngest recent went on a 2 night trip with the school, and that first day he was back home they both spent the whole day on the back couch together. My youngest was playing video games while my oldest was drawing in her sketch book. They swear they didn't miss each other, but they obviously did. 🥰

My kids have discovered a karaoke channel that has songs they both love, like Steven Universe songs, and they bust it out periodically. The way they hype each other up makes me wanna cry every time. “Man, you killed that one, you’re low key amazing.” “Are we just great singers?” It’s so funny and adorable. And they’re teenagers!

My daughters still do that stuff & they are 22 & 28 now. 🥰 They’re taking a road trip to Quebec City & Montreal in Aug. They always buy each other something when travelling separately.
