not sure what roads in the UK you drive on but pretty much every road ive been on and i travel the UK, almost everyone is tailgating to force you to move, and are well over the limit. only time i see anyone doing the limit is roads with speed cameras, which by where i am is hardly any, and then police with guns and vans are very rare.

we judge our speed by the ticket $ we can barely afford. personally, the price has gone too high so I only do 5-9 mph over depending on the road
