adanouha :
If you are seeking the truth, I recommend reading the New Testament commentary by Professor William Barclay—a scholar of the Old Testament and one of the great scholars of the twentieth century.
Christ never spoke of Adam, Adam’s sin, salvation, or dying for sin. In fact, the Gospel indicates that Christ was neither crucified nor did he die.
Christ came with a message of monotheism, the worship of God, and the fulfillment of the Law (Matthew 5:17).
Remember this name well: Simon of Cyrene.
In the context of Mark 15:19–22, it is Simon of Cyrene who was crucified.
Regarding the crucifixion of Christ, Psalm 20:1–9 sheds light on the matter, a passage echoed in Luke 22:42–44.
Christ prayed because He did not wish to be crucified or to die (Matthew 26:39); likewise, in Hebrews 5:7, God answered Christ ("He was heard because of His reverence").
God answered Him, as seen in Psalm 20:4–6 and Hebrews 5:7.
Psalm 118:13–18 summarizes it all.
Focus carefully on the word "stone."
Regarding Matthew 21:42, all commentaries state that the reference here is to Christ. The key lies in Psalm 118:12–25, which summarizes that God answered Christ—meaning he did not die and was not crucified.
Consider, then, why Christ spoke as he did to the Jews in Matthew 21:43—after they had fought against him and sought to kill him.
I hope you find this beneficial; the Church would never tell you this.
I have done my part; I am not asking you to change your religion, but simply to know the truth.
No one will be of help to you—not even the misguided Church.
