@halo.slush: Customer brought in his 1500 for what was supposed to be a normal shop visit, and somehow the whole situation turned into a full-blown mechanical disaster. First problem: it was not a 1500. It was an F-150. Second problem: by the time anyone figured that out, the new guys had already gotten way too confident around heavy equipment and started treating the engine like it was optional. Boss asked for one simple update and instead got a video of the truck getting absolutely violated in the shop while everyone acted like this was part of the service package. Oil everywhere, tools scattered, new guys frozen like they just watched a crime happen, and James apparently already preparing the crate.
