everyone hating on this opinion as puritanism is ridiculous. solo hiking is so dangerous for women and always has been. we cant enjoy hiking and nature in the same way men can when we worry about our safety 24/7. it IS disturbing that she is tying the two together.

As a former possessor of testosterone I feel like the OF aspect is irrelevant. That type of content has been around forever. As a self defense instructor I can say the culture itself seems much more dangerous for women. Your concern and desire is well founded but it seems to me that your blame is misdirected. imho
