Weldone Angie... I thinks it's best to use Median instead of AVG to fill null values if you must... some outliers are not actually error there are valid data but a single outlier will miss direct your AVG, that's why median is best in such a case... and one addition thing during cleaning, it's great to creat a cleaning Log this helps you track back what steps you took during cleaning...this could be referenced during technical documentation...

Thank you for this. Please I have a question concerning validation of data. You said to validate data, you check if the row count of the data source is the same with the row count of your cleaned data. What if in a case where you remove duplicate rows; in this case the row count will be different from the original row count of the dataset. Is that also data validation?

no1: explore the data to understand it better then use summary analysis for possible outliers, fix duplicates and inconsistencies using find and replace and upper case and lowercase functions among others
