If they ask you to include an employee number or anything identifiable then it’s not anonymous. Or sent through email

I’ve sat in a leadership meeting as a director and listened to the feedback from the “anonymous” surveys. 😳 They’re definitely not anonymous and I’ve never submitted one and I’m so glad I didn’t.

At my old company, the last survey I did ended with “I brought up all of these concerns with the previous CEO. If you would like to have a conversation about it, come speak to me.” And inserted all my information. Nobody came to speak to me about it 😂
