Since 2026, I started including Instax prints or Chekis as an incentive in my photography packages. Why?

As a cosplay photographer, it’s hard to stand out nowadays - competing with ALL RAWS and bulk photography packages. I have expressed my sentiments before about gigantic setups in photography areas. It’s easy to follow the path of those ahead of us - to chase big gear and gigantic setups for the sake of “catching up” to today’s standards.

I realize now that this was not my identity as a photographer, but memorability. 

I want my clients to remember. Cosplayers walk into a Lucidz DMSN shoot; they have something to look up to - a memento, a keepsake, a souvenir, something to hold onto. 

This is just one of the many efforts we try to make cosplay photography memorable and human.
