@nourishwithnoa: chicken shawarma loaded sweet potatoes 🍠🍅 RECIPE (serves ~4): Potato: Wrap each sweet potato in alfoil and bake in the airfryer on 180℃ for 50-60 mins. For the chicken: 400g chicken (breast or thigh) 1 tsp each of: cumin, ground coriander, paprika ½ tsp each of: tumeric, garlic powder, cinnamon, allspice 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 tsp minced garlic Combine all the mariande ingredients togther, mix in the chicken until combined, then set aside for 15-20 mins. Pan fry or cook in the airfryer on 190℃ for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway. Let rest for 5 mins before slicing. For the cucumber salad: 1 cucumber, chopped 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped ¼ red onion, sliced 80g feta Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl. Crumble in the feta and mix until well combined. For the yoghurt sauce: 100g greek yoghurt 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp parsley, chopped Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well until combined. To serve, remove the sweet potato from the alfoil and slice in half. Top with the cucumber salad, sliced chicken, hummus, yoghurt dressing and pickled onions.
