Or use Horner's method for the long division step.

excellent,I know it is 1/2 by looking equation and I think it should be another numbers. Division with t-2 that is a easy way to find another 2 number for complex number 😊🙏

Let y = 1/m. Then y^3 + y^2 + y - 14 = 0
y^3 - 2y^2 + 3y^2 - 6y + 7y - 14 = 0
(y - 2)(y^2 + 3y + 7) = 0
y = 2 or y^2 + 3y + 7 = 0
y^2 + 3y + 9/4 = 9/4 - 28/4
(y + 3/2)^2 = -19/4
y = (-3 +/- i sqrt 19)/2
m = 1/y, so
m = 1/2 or
m = 2/(-3 +/- i sqrt 19)
= [2(-3 -/+ i sqrt 19)]/(9 + 19)
= (-3 -/+ i sqrt 19)/14
