The lodge itself is stunning. Check-in is from 2pm, giving you plenty of time to relax before the lions become active. We saw them around 3:30pm during feeding time, again in the evening, and then early the next morning. The morning was our favourite—we woke up early just to soak up every second of this magical, bucket-list experience.
