@kevim516: this dude was on my ass for the past 10 mins (undercover vehicle) and when i decide to get over he follows me (still on my ass) and then when i decide to get out of his way by speeding up, he flicks his lights on. tries to claim im going 100 (BS) then writes me a ticket for following too closely. Request the dash cam footage for court. It will show if you’re following too closely to someone else in front of you, and will show him likely breaking traffic laws to ride your bumper. Of course, he could say that he was reading your license and you’ll still probably have to pay the ticket, but it’s something that needs to be addressed. Their cams record audio as well, what he’s saying during that time period could be crucial to the case bc it could be entrapment. At the very least, bc so few people actually fight their tickets, it brings it to the attention of the judge. Unless it’s like my county, where they’re all in on the obvious racketeering
