They can’t demand you to work overtime. I know your day off. They can’t do that, but they shouldn’t have fired him. That’s his obligation if he wanted to work or not, but he should not have did what he did that was uncalled for.

this is how I was fired because we work 5 days a week and then only 2 days off and we have loves we don't care about it shipment wtf u cant demand overtime I hate how it's a day off and they threaten you with you will be fired it's mandatory smh fuck that my heath and well-being is valued more then that fuckin. job smh fucking lawsuit to max smh fuck the job cor in cali smh
