Try a face mask or a nice take out dinner, or a bath. Anything that says: “I am not only here to work.” 5. 🧘🏼♀️ Regulate the body before responding to an irritating colleague. Before reacting: soften your jaw drop your shoulders exhale slowly wait a moment Then answer. 6. 👻 Build an exit path in small, boring steps. Just small proof that you are not trapped forever: update your CV, check in with an ex-colleague, see job openings at companies you always loved. 7. 🤲 Detach your self-worth from how well you cope.
