@qanvast: With its rich burgundy palette, vintage-inspired tiles, and wood finishes, Loretta and Ross’ (IG: @apt.gomes) 113sqm, $85K mid-century modern home feels warm, lived-in, and quietly timeless. The living area was kept open for gatherings and for their dog Harper to roam freely, while the kitchen and dining area were planned to feel just as spacious and connected. In the service yard, they also designed a dedicated dog shower so they can bathe Harper more comfortably without having to bend over awkwardly. For the study, they went with a half-height glass partition to let more natural light through without closing the space off completely. For the master bedroom, two rooms were merged to make space for a walk-in wardrobe and vanity nook, creating a more spacious private suite with its own bathroom.
