it should be like in 3:1 for 90 seconds 3 compressions 1 breath if there are 2 persons doctor should give chest compression both hands encricling the chest thumbs placed on each other jut at midline below the level of nipples and nursing staff should handle bag mask

Which guidelines are you following? Even NRP doesn’t have that amount of compression and ventilation + it’s not recommended now to do that way of chest compression it should be 2 hand encircling technique
