That is exactly💯 my husband started multiple businesses from scratch, he would never do business or contracts with someone who halfassed didnt complete and had utter disgust in them and he was very successful, lots of Belarussians are like this in business and work!!! It's in the nature of getting things done with those who also will get things done.
