Ce sont ni des génies de la nutrition, ni des mutants, ni des gars qui vivent à la salle. ➡️ Ils ont simplement appliqué un cadre clair qui leur a permis de perdre 1 kilo de gras par semaine, sans exploser leur vie sociale, sans se priver, sans craquer. Et pendant ce temps… Toi peut-être que tu te bats encore avec des croyances qui te sabotent : perdre vite fait perdre du muscle, supprimer les féculents, faire 2h de cardio ou s'interdire le resto.
