Your next dinner party sorted with my @Maille Australia inspired dinner party recipes #sp #mailleaustralia 🌟🍴 - Mustard and Herb Crusted Lamb Rack Ingredients: 1 rack of lamb, frenched (6-8 ribs) 1/4 cup Maille Dijon mustard 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped 1 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 3 tbsp olive oil Salt and black pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 200°C. Season lamb with salt and pepper. Sear lamb in 1 tbsp olive oil until browned. Mix Dijon mustard, herbs, garlic, and 2 tbsp olive oil. Coat lamb with mixture, roast 15-20 mins at 55°C for medium-rare. Rest 5-10 mins, slice, and serve. Mustard Glazed Carrots Ingredients: 500g baby carrots, peeled and tops trimmed 1/4 cup Maille Dijon mustard 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped Salt and black pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 180°C. Sear carrots in 1 tbsp olive oil for 3-4 mins. Mix mustard, honey, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss carrots in glaze, bake 15-20 mins until tender. Mustard Roasted Potatoes Ingredients: 1kg baby potatoes, halved 3 tbsp Maille Dijon mustard 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped Salt and black pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 200°C. Parboil potatoes 8-10 mins, drain. Mix mustard, olive oil, parsley, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss potatoes in mix, roast 30-40 mins until crispy.
