@kitscotyglamping: ✨5 STONE - 1 YEAR! ✨ Just one year of focus and determination 🤩🥰 This time last year we had just returned from Nashville to celebrate my besties birthday. I was happy! I was comfortable with my body - however I wasn't healthy! So, after seeing Mark achieve weightloss, sleeping better, improved moods etc I thought, Sod it, what have I got to lose! Turns out - 5 stone!!! I've never felt better 🤩 This doesn't feel like a diet, it's the easiest routine to follow and funnily enough I realised I wasn't happy AT ALL! My weight was a comfort blanket, I'd lost my confidence, I was masking and since starting this journey it's come back, not only my confidence but clarity, in all aspects of my life. I don't know how much further I'll need to go, it's not number on the scales I'm aiming for, I want to achieve weightloss but also be fitter, healthy and strong. I actually couldn't be happier, I'm loving everything about this nutrition journey, the support, the structure and the results!!! I don't think I could ever go back to my old ways now and that's what makes this special 🤗✨ I can still have a treat, still eat birthday cakes, still have chocolate or takeaways on occasions.... I can still do everything that I was doing before - but differently. 1 YEAR!!!!! Wowsers..... 🙌🏻💪🏻💚 110kg- 77kg 🤩
