When I tell you that they were sad souls they were. When I said they return cases for the most insignificant things. Like you forgot a period. You didn’t write the date. Or is the address stull the same. All kind of BS. So so glad I am retired. You do have to protect your peace. Now the same people that did not talk to me are now inviting me out to lunch to eat with the retirees. They call it the retirees lunch. Like you never talk to me and now I am welcome in your group. No way I would go out to lunch with those people. Nope

Sometimes your coworker isn’t the problem. More often, it’s poor leadership from your boss, supervisor, manager, HR, or higher management. Be kind to your coworkers. Most of them are just trying to get through the workday like you, and many are willing to help if you treat them with respect. Your coworkers usually aren’t the ones who hire, fire, decide your pay, or make company policies. Don’t take your frustration out on the people who are standing beside you.
