Please keep advocating for yourself and pushing back. I know its hard. Im currently 2 weeks post op from my hysterectomy for endo and adenomyosis, I waited 2.5yrs for mine on nhs. Is the gynaecologist an endo specialist, if not please try and get under their care as I felt they were more open to listening to my wants. I know this doesn’t help and unfortunately we are always fighting to be seen and heard. I truly hope you get what you need ❤️❤️sending lots of love

It’s exhausting! Feel like you’re being passed around and no one takes you seriously. Then they just try to mask the symptoms instead of listening to you and coming up with an actual plan to help.

this is heartbreaking, I have been experiencing issues for 3 years & been sent for this & that to eventually getting another gynecology appointment this year for doctor to not take me serious told me I dont have it with my symptoms I listed got told I needed to loose weight to get the procedure & that a MRI wouldn't pick it up. Mri done results back endo on uterus. Just trying to silence us. I have been on the coil for 3 years now symptoms not as severe as they were at the start. keep fighting 💓

I was on Decapeptyl, HRT & Utrrogestan for 6 months to prepare for bowel and urethra surgery and I’d be so careful with it all. I’ve never been so incredibly exhausted and everything before now. My body didn’t accept the hormones and I’ve now got hyperparathyroidism which needs another surgery to fix it. Not everyone gets this but just be careful and look out for low moods, bone pain, muscle pain, severe exhaustion and neurological issues. It’s not fair. I’m sorry you’re going through this too. Write to your MP and get answers 💕
