@its.anya.lacey: Most people are professional bluffers when it comes to texting while dating. They’ll act like they’re into everything you’re into, mirror your opinions, and match your energy because they think that’s what’ll make you like them more. Then, the second you actually start asking questions or making real plans around those interests, the whole act starts falling apart. I’d rather someone tell me upfront what they genuinely like, even if we don’t have everything in common.
