@charlie.penny1: Being inconsistent with your training is an absolute gain killer. You need to decide on your how your gonna train and stick with it. Constantly change your split and exercises leads to deminising results. Lack of sleep is something that many people suffer from. If you can prioritise 8h of sleep a day your progress will sky rocket. Go to bed earlier ! Keeping track of lifts is underrated. I understand there’s people out there that are obsessed with the gym that just know what weight and rep they are on for each exercise. For a large majority of people who don’t enjoy the gym as much, this is a struggle. Keep notes on all the lifts you do so you can prioritise progressive overload and ensure progress is being made. This massively helped me get out of my plateau. Diet is key. I found switching from eating anything and everything to a more clean diet was a game changer. Balance is important so don’t beat yourself up over it. I found once I started eating clean, I stopped craving more unhealthy foods. This helped massively with my binge eating. Lads your not gonna see results in a few weeks time. Serious progress takes consistency. At the end of the day time moves whether you like it or not. You gonna spend that time making some serious gains or you gonna spend that time thinking of how you’d like too. #fyp #viral #gym #health #Lifestyle
