@liz_ugc: Comparison is a thief… and trust me, I’ve invited it in more times than I’d like to admit. I’ve caught myself comparing my Day 10 to someone else’s Year 3. My part-time UGC business to someone else’s full-time career. My beginning to someone else’s middle. But here’s what I’m learning… Just because our journeys look different doesn’t mean one is better than another. On this day, my daughters and I all started with the same craft supplies. Same instructions. Same amount of time. And somehow… every single one turned out completely different. None of them were wrong. None of them were “behind.” They were simply a reflection of the person creating them. That’s a lot like UGC. Some people sprint. Some people build slowly around a full-time job. Some hit big milestones quickly. Others celebrate the first paid brand deal like it’s winning the lottery. Every win counts.
