I HATE regina glazers, like I love regine but they excuse everything she does and always defend her when it comes to Henry and emma, always use the excuse that emma gave him up and she's not his mother but she is they both are but it just pisses me off so much because it completely discards the fact that emma is a victim and was a teenager when she pregnant by a grown man and gave birth to Henry in prison when she was 18. she literally had nothing to her name her giving up Henry was the most selfless thing she could and showed that she truly did care and love her son

I hate when people say that Henry was spoiled or ungrateful for saying that Regina wasn’t his real mom or for saying that Regina didn’t love him. I do believe that Regina loved him, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that Henry TRULY felt that she didn’t. Like it’s not as if Henry was lying about his feelings 😭 Regina must have been doing something to make him feel that way. For example, he may have felt that she was more focused on work than him. Ik it wasn’t something Regina was doing on purpose to hurt Henry, he still felt so unloved and alone when it was just him and Regina. Regina’s intentions doesn’t matter because that child still felt that way. The ouat fandom completely forget about all that Henry has been through and to make it worse, he was a child. Not an adult like the rest of the characters and yet he gets 0 sympathy.

“she gave henry up,” she had so much going on in her life, no support system, she was in jail, she had no idea how to raise a kid. she wasn’t ready. the greatest act of love is to let go of what you want most because you can’t give them the best that they deserve. parents who keep their kids in awful situations considering they can’t get better, those are the ones that are selfish because a lot of the time they start to resent their kids. Emma understood that.
