Had one that hated me for no just reason. Feels like she hates on all the young ladies. She wasn’t my supervisor but she was just so mean. When my HBS left, she said to me “it’s now you’ll know what it means to work in a bank”. She was already trying to frustrate my life but the universe was so kind, I moved to head office and the next time I saw her was after I left the bank, she saw me in the market entering my car and was so stunned. She started forming familiarity.

I am grateful for all the supervisors that I have work with so far, From my I.T days in FCMB( Mrs Mercy,Mr Abiodun,Aunty Shade)and now in my present bank from Aunty Yetunde Ajoke💕(Sugar Mummy of life), Madam Kenny of blessed Memory, Madam K.K, B.M Uche(A wonderful Mother),Aunty Racheal, Aunty Bukky, Madam Stella,Olumide Olumba,Moses,B.M Tosin, Mrs Ayinla, Aunty Bukky and Funto🥰... They all made banking easy for me... God bless them all

What's currently helping me is that I worked on my mindset..Told myself they are also under pressure,it's a chain something..The Zonal director passes pressure to BM,BM passes down to the supervisor who passes down to me,Making it a toxic environment in general thereby I had to excuse her.So I had to excuse her..Had to make up my mind to concentrate on my deliverables and getting a better job with a better working condition.Nigeria in general is not even smiling on anybody . Marketing bis definitely not a walk in the park.
