Yea IRCC tell them to come but the system red tapes them. So the doctors are here but can’t get a bloody job because the system created no pathway for them. Mind you all of them have international practicing hours outside of where they were trained.

I had an Asian family doctor for 20 years, and some of my issues were being dismissed. Searched for a black doctor and found an African doctor. Best decision I made, and she is closer than my previous doctor.
