I snapped my arm about a year and a half ago and missed 10 months of rugby I was broken mentally and physically but I started going to the gym I was in a deep depressive state then my arm took a turn for the worse and got severely infected so I spent a week in hospital I got the news I could get the rods out my arm then 3 weeks after my surgery I was told “you can play rugby again” I built myself up and came back better and stronger now with the love of my life and training for the season ahead having the time of my life
