Hate to break it to you but Anna Maria Island is better than Siesta Key. Siesta Key Beach requires you carry all your stuff and walk a half mile on hard packed sand down to the water. On AMI beaches you’re much closer to the water with the same soft quartz sand and blue water.

rainbow springs used to have glass bottom boats a boat ride a little zoo a sky ride a restaurant my sister worked at. but you can swim there
