I used to plan everything out and if it didnt went that way I was so sad and mad. But then I realised it didnt matter at the end off the day bc if its meaning you are doing what you love to do, and in the right moment it will be okay. I give my worrys about my future to God and know that his way is my only way. It gives me so much peace knowing I dont have to stress about it anymore and that the right things will come if you are doing everything out of love, the one that God gives you. The opportunities will come. Hope this helps 💘

I do journaling most days to center myself or give my day or week intentions. I try really hard to live in the present and just experience life. Feel my feelings, slow down, notice nature, create joy and kindness.

I think about my goals so much everyday that I get so overwhelmed even though they are very achievable goals 🫠 also (off topic) but you kinda remind me of my old therapist. calm, collected, and comforting to listen to 🥹🩷

STEPH | START OVER STRATEGY :
I use journaling, EFT tapping, and it helps me process ideas to hear them, so sometimes if I am alone, I will talk or pray through it out loud. I have realized that we don’t all have to have grand plans. Knowing that you want a happy home, a sweet relationship, and children are beautiful goals in and of themselves! For me, as a divorced former tradwife, making an income and having financial goals to set me up for retirement are really important to me, and I want to make a living through building businesses that help other people. The more you build your identity and align your life with it, the clearer things will become.
