Baked Oats Carrot Cake Original Recipe: @dietitianrose I made half of what the original recipe called for. Here is the recipe that I made: Ingredients: 1x Banana 1x Cup of Rolled Oats 15g Flour Sprinkle of Cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder 1 Carrot, grated 10g Crushed Walnuts 1 Tablespoon Syrup 1 Cup of Milk ( I used low-fat) Topping: 80g Greek Yogurt (I used Greek-like yogurt) 25g Cream Cheese (I used medium fat) 10g Walnuts Method: Mash the banana in a bowl Add all other ingredients, except the topping ingredients. Mix together. Pop in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius Please monitor it, so that you don’t burn it. Once done, let it cool off. Coat the top with your topping Sprinkle the remainder of the crushed walnuts Drizzle honey / syrup over the top. Pop it back into the fridge. Leave it for a couple of hours. And then ENJOY! This whole dish is about 900 calories. You can make it into 6 servings - 150 Calories per serving.
