Fresh Cut Pineapple - How to cut and display this delicious fruit 🍍 Ingredients * Pineapple 🔪 Directions * Cut the top off nice and straight, this will make for a nice presentation later. * Cut the bottom off. 1/2” to 1” should be plenty. * With the pineapple upright, cut one side following the curvature of the pineapple. * Flip it and repeat for the other side. * Continue cutting until you have an octagonal shape from top-down. * With the outer shell removed, cut in half from the top. Cut in half again from the top. You’ll now have 4 long pieces. * Next cut the core out of all 4 pieces, you should be able to see it, it’s about a 1/2 for the corner. * Now cut each piece to your desired thickness. In this video I made 1/4” slices. * Spread the pieces out around the perimeter of the plate and place the top of the pineapple in the center.
