@jaaliyahs: If y’all don’t make any other cake I’ve made..MAKE THIS ONE & thank me later😮‍💨😍 RECIPE: CAKE (use 2 boxes of cake mix total, to make 2 cakes)- 1 box @Duncan Hines perfectly moist red velvet cake mix 3 eggs 1 tbsp vanilla extract & a few drops of @McCormick Spices red food coloring (optional) 1 cup milk of choice (I used @Chobani extra creamy oat) 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted unsalted @Kerrygold USA butter Mix until smooth and then spray your baking pan & add batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes on 350 degrees or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool on the counter for 30 minutes before removing from pans & placing your 2 cakes in the fridge. CHEESECAKE- 3 SOFTENED 8oz blocks @Philly Cream Cheese cream cheese 1/2 cup white sugar 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup sour cream 5 eggs total (added 3 first, then the remaining 2) Blend until smooth and all lumps are gone then add 8-10 crushed @OREO cookies and fold into batter. Add to your sprayed baking pan and bake for 1 hour on 350 degrees. Allow to cool on the counter for about an hour in the baking pan, remove and then flip upside down & place into the freezer to set for AT LEAST 2 hours. OREO BUTTERCREAM- 2 200g blocks of softened unsalted butter 8-10 FINELY blended oreo cookies 3 cups powdered sugar Blend until smooth and set aside. To a cake board, add a little frosting to the bottom and then add your first cake on top (I leveled both cakes by cutting off the tops), layer more frosting in between and then add your FLIPPED cheesecake to the middle. Add another layer of frosting and then top with your 2nd cake (upside down). Frost your entire cake and then cover the bottom half with crushed oreo cookies. Decorate the top of your cake as you’d like (I added buttercream swirls with a @Wilton Cakes 1M tip and oreo cookies on top. ENJOY! #cheesecake #oreocheesecake #baking #fyp #redvelvet
