Just to be clear. For anyone who doesn’t understand what happened I am happy to send you sources to read. In short, We left India to form Pakistan a Muslim majority nation. This has flaws, firstly Bengalis made up 55% of the than Pakistan at the time and the Bangla language was outlawed in 1952 which pissed off Bengalis in east Pakistan(long term cause of war). Despite being majority Muslim the western Pakistan’s saw us as lesser second class people in our own land(this is haram) and wealth wasn’t distributed equally. The tigger cause which lead to the war was the Pakistan election of 1970, where sheik mujib rahman a Bengali man won the election of Pakistan( remember Bengalis made up 55% of Pakistan’s overall population). The Pak army didn’t want to give power to sheik mujib rahman as they saw us an inferior. Which then lead to a war, and the Pak army did what the nazis did to Jewish people, by raping 300,000 bengali women, mass organised killings 3,000,000 civilians in camps. The war was a period of 9 months, and than India got involved as Pakistan bombed a border area of India Pakistan. Lastly, another reason India got involved to help Bangladesh was the fact that bengali refuges were coming to India during the war. Bangladesh today has progressed so much since the war and is building good diplomatic ties with both India and Pakistan. I have references if you wish to do reading. For things to improve Pakistan should teach their wrong doings in history and also apologise to Bangladesh(even Germany has apologised to the allies for what they did in the war, and now Germany is a very progressive country and still has good relations with Britain) . Lastly, Pm Imran Khan has said he feels ashamed by what the Pakistani army has done to bengali people in an old interview( I have a video of this in Urdu if you wish to watch).
