The hardest part is being invalidated because of the privilege I have. Just because I have the opportunity to study at a good school without worrying about certain things, people think I’m not allowed to feel sad or struggle. They assume that having privilege means I don’t have the right to experience pain, but that’s simply not true.

I read a book about a girl who is a spiritual Empath and went through depression, cancer, bullying, narcissistic ex and so much more and the only person she had to get through it all was herself, no friends, but she came out of all that pain by herself, stronger and finally at peace and talks so much positivity considering what she’s been through, really inspiring story.
